We are very proud of the condo and our family has enjoyed the Gulf Shores, Alabama area for years! Our Gulf Shores condo is one of the most popular in the area. This oceanfront condo is located in the Sugar Beach complex. This unit has great unobstructed side Gulf views – and is one of the 1 bed/2 bath units closest to the beach. Sugar Beach Complex is in the perfect location right in between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores and is close to Gulf Shores State Park. This location makes for a quiet beach, great shelling and great access to all that the Gulf Shores Area has to offer; restaurants and shopping is just minutes away. You will be really happy with our Gulf Shores Sugar Beach condo.

The Sugar Beach complex has 2 pools right on the beach, along with a kiddie pool. There is also a 3rd pool in the middle of the complex. One of the most popular reasons guests come back to Sugar Beach year after year is the Sugar Shack – an ocean front snack shack with beverages and meals for kids and adults.

Holidays
- Recognized holidays not listed above are additional $50 charge per night, this applies to the week/end of the holiday.
- Recognized holidays: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Valentine’s Day, spring break, President’s Day.
- Free night offers not available during holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year’s.
- Some holidays have longer minimum stays.
- No check-ins or check-outs on a holiday (includes Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).
Payment
- There is a credit card required for your damage waiver.
- 50% of fees are due at booking to hold your dates, balance at 3 weeks prior to stay.
- We accept checks, money orders, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Additional Information
- Check-in 3 pm. Check-out 10 am.
- No smoking.
- No pets.
Cancellation Policies
- Canceling up to 60 days in advance of your stay dates, there is $100 relisting fee.
- Canceling between 59 days and 3 weeks, you forfeit first installment; within 3 weeks, forfeit full rental amount, unless we rebook and are able to consider further refunds.
- If you are concerned, we recommend trip insurance.
