Space
We have a variety of convenient spaces available for your Branson reunions. The most requested space is for large groups; many of our properties have central gathering areas, with outdoor spaces to accommodate many people at once, via picnic shelters, fire pits, and the occasional meeting room.
Location
Most groups want to be close enough to each other to meet easily but still have some privacy. Many of our properties are within walking distance of each other, so even if you can’t all be under the same roof, you’re still close together.
Activities
People love Branson because there are so many things to do–regardless of age or interest. If you need to be outside, there are plenty of parks, hiking trails, golf courses, and miniature golf courses to delight your entire group. There are so many dining possibilities in Branson, you can please the pickiest palate. And don’t forget about live entertainment! No matter what everyone likes, it’s represented in the Branson shows; from Chinese acrobats to bluegrass to gospel (and everything in between), you’ll find it right outside your door. Most of our properties are minutes away from entertainment, dining, and the outdoors. You can’t go wrong!
Amenities
Many of our locations have outdoor pools, some have indoor pools as well, and every property has TVs in every room. There are family-friendly games, movies/DVDs, and toys for the kids. You can play cards at the table, pull out the photo albums, or get everyone outside for a game of basketball, shuffleboard, or sit around the fire pit, depending on the property. You don’t have to go far to get everyone involved!
Special Considerations
From property layouts to special equipment, we like to make sure everyone in your group feels included. We have pack-n-plays in most of our properties and many of our locations have elevators or ramps. Whatever your special considerations are, let us know, and we can share what has worked for others, and help you decide on the best place for your group.
Booking & Scheduling
The larger the group, the farther out the planning needs to be. If you need multiple properties, you’re best off booking your Branson reunion about a year in advance, some even book 18 months out. If it’s just one or maybe two and everyone is pretty flexible on dates, you may be able to wait until a few months before, especially during the off-season.
Payment
Flexibility in payment options for multiple parties for your lodging is a huge bonus for whoever is planning.
Meals
Our properties have large kitchens fully equipped so guests can make their own meals or cook together. Having both options makes it easier whether deciding to dine together or each warm up their own quick lunch. Some locations have breakfast and pizza on-site, all have restaurants and stores within minutes. We also have caterer’s names on hand for when you have a full schedule and a large group.
Groups Types and Sizes
Most sized groups can have a great time together, so long as they have the right options and accommodations for the group and private space. We’ve hosted family reunions, military reunions, church groups, girls/guys groups, couples friends, corporate retreats, activities like scrapbooking, clubs like theatre, scouts. Our properties comfortably fit many sized groups from 1 to over 175. We have several locations for various sizes.

Notch Twin Cabins
These cabins feel like they’re off by themselves in the Notch Estates Resort, and are well-suited to a Branson reunion or gathering. You feel like you’re way out in the woods, but you’re really about five minutes from the entrance of Silver Dollar City.
Each cabin sleeps 14, and there are Pack-n-Plays included as well. There’s plenty of space for sit-down dining, and with two living areas, everyone can spread out and do what they like—don’t forget to factor in the outdoor pools, the hiking trails, and the big screened-in porches on the cabins!
Branson Woods Resort
This is a great resort to consider because we can sleep close to 10 people in our cabins. We have plenty of 4-, 3-, 2- and 1-bedroom cabins, and they’re all within walking distance of each other.
The amenities at this particular resort are all just a short walk from the cabins, so your group won’t have far to go in order to enjoy the covered outdoor pavilion, the big fire pit, the pools (indoor and outdoor), the walking trails, and so much more. And if everyone wants to go out and enjoy Branson up close, you’re only five minutes from the Branson Landing!
The View at Emerald Pointe
We have 2- and 3-bedroom units at this particular condo building, with all units conveniently located in the same building with elevator access. You have a breathtaking view of Table Rock Lake, thanks to the enormous windows in each unit.
If everyone wants to be on the lake, this is the spot for you! You can rent boats from the on-site marina, or Table Rock Lake State Park Marina, which is about five minutes away. You’re so close to the water, you can walk down to the rocky shore if you like! Any gathering is sure to be a hit at The View!
Stonebridge Village & Golf Resort
This beautiful golf resort is close to Silver Dollar City, and we have 4-. 3-, 2- and 1-bedroom properties at Stonebridge, though most properties are not within quick walking distance of each other. We even have a gorgeous 6-bedroom lodge that sleeps 20.
With huge outdoor pools, access to the golf course, and the beautiful manmade lake, which allows catch-and-release fishing, you’ll wonder why you didn’t get everyone together and stay at Stonebridge before now!
Branson Golf Course
Our condo units at the Champions consist of a 2-bedroom and a 4-bedroom right next door to each other; together, they sleep 16 and are a very budget-friendly option. Both condos have large kitchens and bedrooms, but the biggest bonus might have to be the screened-in porches that overlook Branson. Better suited for a smaller group, the Champions condos will win you over with their charm and accessibility to everything in Branson.
Branson Lake Cabins
This is an amazing spot on the lake to host a reunion. The three big 4-bedroom cabins each sleep 12, and are very close to each other and are within walking distance to Table Rock Lake. Perfect for a family reunion or big gathering, you can enjoy the huge decks with lake views, the patio around the fire pit, or even get together in one of the living rooms and watch a little TV!
This location is perfect: you’re on the lake, you’re in a cabin, and you’re still only five minutes from Branson’s nightlife! Everyone will want to come back year after year!
