The living areas, dining areas and kitchens all look over the lake with huge windows at The View at Emerald Pointe. You have an uninterrupted 180-degree view of treed shores and the lake while you relax in your personal retreat! The best spot to start the day is the outdoor spaces. Each condo provides it’s own, all fantastic spaces, whether it be the walkout patio, a deck or glass & screen sunroom. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, watch the Showboat Branson Belle go by, wave to your family out on the lake, take a nap on the hammock, or take your fishing pole and walk down the hill to the lake.

It’s only 200 yards to where you can dock a boat or you can rent a boat there also.

Many guests enjoy bringing their dog (one dog, under 25lbs) to enjoy hikes around the shore together. For instance, the Table Rock Lakeshore Trail gives beautiful views and serene sounds of the lake. There are shelters and grills there as well. The condo has elevator access so no steps are needed, making it easy to get those bags to your room or bring anyone who needs assistance. In addition, the condo’s are a quick 10-minute drive into Branson and all the shows, dining and attractions.

From the minute you walk into the condos and see Yakov’s signed paintings on the wall, you immediately get a sense of his warmth and humor. In other words, the condos are full of color and lively stories, commemorating Yakov’s family and travels.

With a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower in the master bedroom and a standard full bath in the other bedroom, privacy is guaranteed. The 3-bedroom condos have an open loft bedroom with its own bathroom attached. Because two 2-bedroom condos are right next door, we give you the option to rent them both!

The view is incredible from the living area, the dining area, and the kitchen, thanks to the big windows at the back of the condo. As a result of these large windows, these condos give an uninterrupted view of the treed shore and the lake. So it’s the perfect place to start your day–you can listen to the water, you can watch boats go by, and you can walk down to the shore of the lake and fish in the shallows (don’t forget your fishing license!).

The onsite marina is only 200 yards away, so you can dock your boat, or rent a boat. In addition, there are picnic shelters and grills on the property. Most importantly, the condos have an elevator, so luggage is a breeze to get to your condo—it’s also great for your pet! No trying to maneuver steps in the dark or worry about accessibility.

There’s nothing better than knowing a spectacular condo is waiting for you after a day of fun on the water, or in Branson, which is only ten minutes away, making the most of all the shows, restaurants, and fun attractions!
