Check in was a breeze. We didn't arrive until 8 pm on check in day. This condo is in a great location with access to 3 pools and the beautiful beach. The condo very clean and had everything we needed. The balcony has a great view of the beach. I have used VRBO for rentals for years and I believe this host was the best. I accidentally chose the wrong dates and she was able to fix my reservation.

I great place to stay for the price! I was a little worried at first because it is an older complex... but the studio/condo was super clean and nice! Great for my little family of 4. I loved that it was on the beach and had 3 pool plus an enclosed kids pool. Also had a snack bar with food/drinks. My kids love to hop from pool to beach and back again so it was a great location! Will definitely book again.

Place was awesome, we only needed a small place for the two of us. This was perfect. Plenty of room to move and just small enough to be cozy. Beach access was so easy and the pools were great.

We really enjoyed our stay, housekeeping even helped us get up to the room for check in with the elevator being broken and me being 9 months pregnant. Everyone and everything was lovely and we will definitely be using this property and management company again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach! Our hosts were easy to contact especially when we had to extend our stay another night. They master bed was so comfortable. The kids made the sofa couch work. They had no problem falling asleep after a fun - filled day. This was our first time staying on a beach and we loved waking up and going on our beach run. The beach is clean and the pools were clean and their lounge chairs were great! We hope to be back soon!

The owners were so easy to contact, everything was exactly as described and I felt at home. We were given the opportunity to stay an extra night and we made arrangements to make sure it happened because it was truly the perfect location and we couldn't have asked for more. Check in was easy, check out was just as easy. There were plenty of towels and washcloths and dishrags for our stay. The shower downstairs is perfect to get the rest of the sand off before walking through the house: I can't speak highly enough and we've already decided to start looking at dates for fall. Thank you so much!

The property was very clean and comfortable and worked perfectly for our group of 4. Communication with management was always prompt. The condo building itself was undergoing some maintenance which only left one working elevator for everyone to share which was only an inconvenience on the days of arriving and leaving. Our group had a great time and would definitely return to this property.

Wonderful little property, right on the beach and close to everything you need. Between the pools and the beach, we never really needed to leave the property. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and our family all slept upstairs. My toddler's inflatable bed and my baby's pack n play fit on either side of the king size bed. The only downside was that the bridge from the elevator is gone, so it was quite a walk if you want to use the elevator to go up and down. We could not hear anyone outside the condo from the bedroom, which was especially nice when the kids were sleeping. Definitely recommend and would consider staying again.
