This property has so much to offer, and we guarantee that you will not find a condo as close to the lake as these in the Emerald Pointe community. The floor plan is open, so everyone will have plenty of space to spread out and relax. If you love the water, this is the condo for you! The property is steps away from the Table Rock Lake shore, and there is an adjacent marina and a pool on-site. Inside the condo you will find all the amenities you expect in a luxury property - free wifi, incredible views, an elevator to your condo level, stainless appliances, and so much more.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets are limited to 25 lbs at this location and only one pet per unit rented. Do not make a reservation if you don't meet these guidelines!

- Living Area -
The living area has large windows, so you'll get to enjoy beautiful views and so much natural light in the space. There is beautiful new flooring throughout the space, and we've included a sleeper sofa (fitted with luxury linens, of course) to accommodate two extra guests. There is also a large flat screen television and several movies (including Yakov's comedy specials) for you to enjoy as well.
- Two Bedrooms -
The two bedroom suites are located on each side of the main hallway and are very quiet and private. Both bedrooms have an attached bath, and our guests tell us all the time that we have the most comfortable beds they have ever slept on. The master suite connects to a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, and the second bedroom connects to its own standard full bath.
- Fully-Equipped Kitchen/Dining Room -
The kitchen and dining area looks out to the lake through large windows. The views are incredible in any season, and the dining room provides seating for six. There is also a breafast bar for additional seating or just a quick snack. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything to make any meal - whether you are warming something up or cooking a five-course meal. The kitchen has stainless appliances (including a dishwasher), tile floors, and granite countertops. The condo also includes a washer and dryer.
- Additional Information -
The best place to start your day is on the spacious deck. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, enjoy your morning coffee, take your fishing pole and walk down to the lake.The marina is only 200 yards away, with a courtesy dock during the day. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area, and you are just a ten minute drive from the Branson strip and all the best attractions and shows. Condo was very clean and nicely furnished. We especially liked all of Yakov's paintings and photos. The lake view was amazing. Communication with management was excellent. We will add this to our list of return places to stay!

Our property was great! We had a wonderful view of Table Rock Lake. The beds were comfortable. The condo was in great shape and we even enjoyed the DVD's that were available for us to watch. All in all a great time was had by all. - (May 2025)

Fantastic Branson Condo on Table Rock Lake
We had a blast staying in one of Yakov's condos. The view was great, and it was nice to stay in a more quieter area. The guard gate is under construction so it was a little confusing getting through but overall it was a great community. The stairs are also being renovated but luckily there is an elevator so it's all good. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was open and clean. They even stocked snacks! We were only a few miles from the Ozark Heritage Preserve Cave, Silver Dollar city, the Branson strip, and everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend the condos.
