great location for our excursions. The condo was clean and nicely furnished; had wonderful artwork and the view was gorgeous! The only complaint was access in through the gates. We had a guard gate code but we had to talk to someone on the virtual gate guard and sometime it took up to 5 minutes to get the doors to open.

We enjoyed our stay with the beautiful views of the lake and not far from Branson. The condominium was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was not comfortable. You could feel the springs and the mattress was very worn out. So keep that in mind when considering using the sofa bed. A very nice place. Very good for 4 for sure. For 5-6 people, sleeping on the couch bed a bit difficult. Not enough cushion in it and springs can be felt. Kitchen very well equipped with newer utensils and pots. Fun to cook. In general , the condo feels high end.

Hi Sarah, we had a very good stay. Checkjn and checkout was smooth. Finding a parking slot for two cars around midnight was a little challenging considering that other nearby communities had exclusive parkings. Please do something about couch bed. It's hard to sleep on it. May be supply some extra padding on it. Also some of the patio chairs are broken. Overall we had a good time - (Jun 2025 - Airbnb)

This was a perfect location for our family vacation! The views were beautiful. We enjoyed the marina and having a fishing spot within walking distance (which made my son extra happy). It wasn't far from the excitement of downtown Branson but far enough away to feel like we were in a peaceful and relaxing area. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend Sarah's condo!

The entire process for booking from beginning to end was outstanding. Our condo was just as it was represented. The view from our balcony was beautiful, especially for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The location was close to Top of the Rock and other Branson entertainment with easy access to major highways. We would definitely return for future vacations.

The condo was wonderful. Fully outfitted kitchen and also an elevator plus there were a couple grocery carts which made it super easy to transport everything from the car to the condo. The beds were comfortable and extra touches were very nice. The lake view was beautiful. Sarah was very proactive with communication and helpful during our stay especially since there was a bad snow storm during our stay. One of the best places we have stayed. The unit was clean, spacious, peaceful and the view was absolutely beautiful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a simple meal. The area was clean, peaceful and we felt safe. The unit was very easily accessible to my handicap father-in-law, the elevator was very close to the unit which was nice. I saw others say they had problems with the gate but we did not, super easy. It's about 18 min from the center of Branson and a very easy commute. We actually enjoys being separated from the crowd of Branson. We will be back. - (Dec 2024 - Airbnb)

This was our second stay here. We really enjoy this complex. It's away from all the hustle in Branson, but still easy to get anywhere we needed to go. We love the view of the lake. The unit is great with nice appliances and furniture. All instructions were perfect and timely. We would like to return again and hope this unit will be available when we do. We loved the view of Tablerock Lake, the whole back of the condo is window or glass sliding door so all you see is lake! It was perfect, clean and comfortable. The Condo was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and beautiful. The property was also very secure. The gate entry process was seamless. Every question I might have had was answered before I even asked. Thanks for such a beautiful, well maintained property. We will definitely consider staying here for future visits.
