We were looking for a quiet place to stay with an amazing view and found the perfect place. It checked all the boxes - beautiful view, quiet, close to all things in Branson, and affordable. Booking and check in was easy, communication with the property manager was excellent, our condo was extremely clean and inviting, and the view/proximity to the water was exactly what we were looking for!

We stayed in December and I was so surprised to be welcomed by a lit up Christmas tree in the living room!! I was so excited. It made our stay perfect. We loved the condo, it was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was perfect for our dog, it had a grassy area right off the patio and great view. The only complaint we had was that the people upstairs kept us up. You can hear them walk around or really sounded like a pack of dogs running around, we are not sure. I recommend bringing your earplugs. - (Dec 2023 - VRBO)

This place was a great pick for our family! When we entered, our attention was drawn to the photos and artwork. Everything was clean and neat and welcoming. Loved the thoughtful details that made us feel special! We will definitely look for availability on our next Branson trip. Carol S

Nice property with close proximity to branson bay marina. Quaint staircase to beach access. We had a great time and place was very clean and comfortable.

We love staying at Emerald Point, very beautiful location with great views of the lake from the condo. It's great that it is ground floor for ease with a pet. As for the condo itself, very nice, spacious and comfortable. Everything is very clean, comfortable beds, TV's in bedrooms, nice bathrooms. The pool out front of the condo was nice. We are returning renters to these condos they are so nice, great price also. - (Jul 2023 - Returning)

Wonderful place to stay. Access to the lake and gated community was a plus as well. Thank you for a restful stay for our vacation.

Lovely stay in clean, well appointed, comfortable condo. The hosts thought of everything-snacks, coffee, kitchenware, games, videos. Very comfortable beds and such a gorgeous location! We enjoyed a fun retreat with friends. Property manager was very communicative and helpful with all aspects. Thank you for your hospitality!

Just dropping a line to say thanks but also let you or the owners know a little maintenance is needed on C1. 
It really needs a deep cleaning. The mirror frame was thick with dust. 
The chandelier has one bulb out and needs a good dusting. The lights over the breakfast bar also need cleaning. 
The view is incredible and we loved the extra space on the patio but it too, needs a good sweeping and brushing to get rid of the bugs back there. Did you know that flowers are growing out of the air conditioner? That can't ne good for the units. 
Our guests took the master and said the shower drips unless turned off just so.The second bathroom's toilet handle also needs attention as it continues to run water after the flush. - (Oct 2022 - AvailabilityOnline)

The upstairs condo was extremely noisey the first time until 3 am. Very inconsiderate of others. There's a hefty cleaning fee- but dirt under the bed, dust on all the end tables, thick dust on head board of master suite, master bed is wore out. The view is really grown up compared to the picture.

Beautiful, comfortable condo in a great location! Only downside is if you have loud renters overhead. Thankfully for us, it was only the last night of our stay where we had someone running very loudly back-and-forth over our heads. The space in the condo was great - just a few comments. The hammock on the patio blocked the view of the lake most of the time because it was windy. The furniture was attractive but seemed that a little worn - the chair cushions sunk a lot when sat on and were uncomfortable after a while. Two in our group were 73 and 81 and found that the toilets were extremely low. Perhaps its because most of us have "comfort height" toilets these days. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was great with all the necessities present.
