What a bargain from these middle level condos on Table Rock Lake. We have 6 – 2 bedroom condo rentals at Table Rock Lake in this building, The View at Emerald Point. Some guests like our walk out units, especially if they have pets but many guests love the amazing views of Table Rock Lake from the middle level units of our condo rentals at Table Rock Lake. Guests love that they can dine and relax together but they also love having their privacy right next door over night.
 
**The pictures are from C3 and C4 – side by side units.** So much space for a great price and there are no better lake views. The units are rented with the other 8 in the complex for reunions! These are pet friendly units however the HOA has very strict one pet per unit rules; one pet under 30 lbs. Please don’t book if that doesn’t meet your needs.
 
What a great opportunity to live like one of Branson’s favorites. These condo’s were bought and lovingly cared for by Yakov for his beloved daughter, Natasha and his mother, Clara. Now he has decided to share them with his current and future fans. Guaranteed, you haven’t stayed anywhere like this before, bright colors, wonderful furniture, amazing views. This is the perfect place to call home while you enjoy Branson and Table Rock Lake.  

From the minute you walk in the doors and see the signed paintings by Yakov, you will feel lighter as you get a sense of his genuine warmth and sense of humor.  These are happy environments to be in, full of color and lively stories of the travels of Yakov and his family. The 4 bedroom condos are made up of two side by side 2 bedroom condos, either walkout or upper levels. The bedrooms are on each side of the main hallway and are very quiet and private. There is one king and one queen bedroom in each unit, each with a full bath attached.  The master bathrooms have whirlpool tubs and separate walk in showers, the other a standard full bath. Guests really appreciate our super soft linens and oh so comfortable beds.   There is a washer and dryer to run the beach towels before you head back down on Table Rock Lake the next day.

The living areas, dining areas and kitchens all look over the lake with huge windows. The dining rooms provide seating for 6/8, plus you can sit at the bars for snacks or breakfast. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything to make your meals easy whether you are warming something up or cooking a full course meal. They have stainless appliances, tile floors and granite countertops. Cozy up in the living areas, pop some popcorn and enjoy laughing to a Yakov DVD. We also have lots of other DVD’s for you to enjoy, as well as games for the family.

The best spot to start the day is the balconys.  Hear the lake lapping on the shore, watch the Showboat Branson Belle go by, wave to your family out on the lake, take your fishing pole and walk down the hill to the lake. It’s only 200 yards to where your boat is stored! For more information on marina services and docking please call us. Many guests enjoy bringing their dog (one dog, under 25lbs) to enjoy hikes around the shore together.  The pool is a great place to relax. There is a shelter and grill there as well. The condo has elevator access so no steps are needed, making it easy to get those bags to your room or bring anyone who needs assistance. The condo’s are a quick 10 min drive into Branson and all the shows, dining and attractions.
 
There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina – a 5 min drive.

These condos are very spacious. There is lots of room to gather and lots of space for privacy so bring your sweetie, bring the kids or bring another couple and make some memories to last! It is a joy to read the letters from Ronald Reagan, study the whimsical original paintings and laugh at the pictures of Yakov with celebrity after celebrity. This is a stay to talk about for a lifetime!
