Loved the location! Especially the view from the deck! The pictures accurately depicted the space which was clean and comfortable. Wanted to spend the whole stay on the deck to soak up the view!! The condo was clean but it shows it's age. The trim around the doors needs to be painted or replaced. The outside balcony was clean for the most part, however, if you looked up, it is pretty dirty. Overall, the beds, kitchen, bathrooms and the main areas were very clean.

We'll definitely be going back to the same unit if it's available next time we go to Branson. At first it may seem 'a bit too far', but it's fantastic to get away from the crowds, crazy drivers, etc and have the best of both - calm place to relax and be minutes away from all of the attractions. Place was full of add-ons. Need an extra fan? a kettlebell do exercise? a playpen? lincoln logs? high chair? games? towels, blowdryer, etc, etc, check and check! Owners are definitely thoughtful people that strive to make sure to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Very prompt communication which speaks volumes you're dealing with professionals - not some random property manager that can't care less. We had an amazing stay in Branson! The property was exactly as described-immaculately clean, with accurate photos and all the comforts we expected. The location was ideal: just minutes from entertainment, yet peaceful with a great view of Table Rock Lake. There's nothing quite like sipping morning coffee while soaking in that scenery! We rented this condo while in town for a dance competition for 8 days. The condo was perfect for us. Easy check in and a beautiful view of the lake! The owners had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty or extras. The only set back but no fault of the owners is there is no elevator so multiple trips up a flight of stairs to unpack the car wasn't fun. Check out was my favorite part! So simple and easy! I've stayed places with pages and pages of instructions to follow "or else" but this condo had three simple requests- take out trash, run dishwasher, empty fridge. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here above other condos!!

This property is modern, well-equipped and very clean. Quiet property while we were there during the week. Good location if traveling to Branson, Silver Dollar City or Kimberling City. Everything worked properly although the primary TV could use some instructions on how to access the cable and/or streaming. We were very pleased with the condo, the location and the cleanliness. We will recommend this condo to our friends.
