Clean. Truly a walk-in unit, not even a single step. The mattress was a little firm, but otherwise very comfortable. Loved the screened in porch. There is no ceiling fan in the second bedroom, so I would suggest putting a portable fan in the closet for those who are used to sleeping under a fan.

We did not cook while there but it looked fully equipped if we wanted to. Perfect for what we were wanting. Location was perfect. Far enough out for the crazy traffic but could get to anything in town in a manner of minutes. Loved our stay

Wonderful unit! We have stayed at the same property several times and love the location. While all the units have been very good, this condo is the best. It met all our needs, no stairs, clean, well stocked and the screened in porch was our favorite place to relax. Will be looking to book this unit for all our future trips to Branson.

This condo was exactly what our family needed! My family (5) and Nana & Papa had plenty of room to spread out, but still felt like we were close enough to have some family time. It was extremly clean and very accomodating with a oack-n-play and high chair, already in the condo. The pool was right acorss the street also, which was fantastic! Will definitely stay again!

Property was very clean, well stocked. Towels were good quality, plenty of cleaning supplies for dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and for kitchen- they even left a bowl of snacks. The balcony was great! Never had time to use pool, but there was always people there. Beds were comfortable imo. Only problem i had was couldnt connect to wi-fi and neither could my daughter...but we never called anyone, cause it wasnt that important. Great place! - (Jul 2025 - VRBO)

The place was very nice, the floors looked clean but were not! Our shoes stuck to the floors and our socks got very dirty when we walked on the floors! We purchased a mop and mopped them three times to get them clean! Everything else was excellent. We would stay there again.

Exactly as advertised. 2 couples stayed here. We really enjoyed the screened in sunroom with view of pond and water fountain. Nice place to relax in living room. King beds and tvs n both bedrooms. Very nice stay and close to everything. I would stay again.

Great accommodations. Amazing owners and great communication with them. Clean accommodations easy check in and out. Good location. Only down fall we're had was the Internet connection. We had access issues ask week long. We had to reset it the first night there and it kept going in and it all week long. We have to on the WiFi by the second day.

We had a great weekend stay. Great location just a couple of minutes off the strip. Close to the dam. Close to everywhere we went really. No stairs was a plus as we had one traveler that can't negotiate stairs. Plenty of room to play games in the evening. All in all, great place. We would stay again.
