My husband and I along with 3 other retired couples stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. It was very peaceful. You could walk down to the lake within minutes. We had a great view of the lake. Woke up every morning to seeing deer grazing. Had the firepit going every evening. Close enough to Branson to go there in a short drive but far enough away to avoid chaos. House was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

This was am amazing property that completely accommodated all our needs! We had several couples and a few singles and 1 of each of the childrens age range. The space accommodated all of us and with plenty of privace for everyone. The kitchen and grill had every thing we needed to keep everyone fed. And every night all of us gathered around the fire pit on the patio to enjoy the rest of the night. Also, we were very close to Branson and were able to take our group to 3 shows! All of us enjoyed the shows from the 2 year old up to the 56 year old. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to all our friends!

Overall it was a nice property. You can tell it has been rented a lot and does need some minor maintenance done to it if they want to get it back up to 5 stars. Great location by lake and close to downtown.

The property was clean and homey. The property could use some updating and outdoor furniture is worn out but for as little as we were there it was ok. Front door lock keypad did not work but mgmt responded when we rold them. Plenty of towels and supplies. Overall nice experience.

Nice place, but there a several items that need attention. Light bulbs are out all over, the upstairs toilet can't be flushed without almost knocking off the tank lid, and sometimes runs continuously. Also, the water pressure is low in the up stairs sinks, but the shower is fine. All of the dishes in the cabinet say they're not microwave safe, so we didn't use them. Most inconvenient was the tv in the living room. The remote doesn't work to turn it on or off, or adjust the volume. Buy a new tv, please! These are all minor complaints that could be easily resolved with a little attention, and it would be really nice. Location was perfect, close to town, but right on the lake.

We loved this house. The neighborhood reminded us of the East coast with all the cute houses, colors and styles. Branson in a blast in the Winter time. The lake house was perfect for our small group. Even though it was the middle of Winter, the sun on the deck coming through the big windows, made it feel like Summer. My only recommendation would be a larger TV downstairs. The downstairs living room area is nice and plush, with plenty of couch seating. We wanted to watch the super bowl down there, but the TV was so small, we couldn't see anything. LOL. We stayed upstairs and just sat at the table. It was all good, but maybe swapping that large TV from the downstairs guestroom with the small TV in the downstairs living room. Not a big deal. We LOVED it all. Thank you.

My wife, myself, and two kids stayed at this location for the kids' winter break from school. I will do a PRO/CON regarding our experience during the 4 nights we spent there: PRO: 1. The location was great! It was a quiet and peaceful spot, just outside of Branson, but it only took a short 10 minute drive to get to the main strips for shows and entertainment. A few nights, we ended up getting Doordash delivered with no problems. 2. The 24/7 guy (I think his name was DJ or JD or something like that) was great. He always answered his phone and was very prompt with getting something fixed or addressed. 3. It was just us 4 in the cabin, so we had plenty of room to stretch out in. The cabin was very clean and had lots of towels, tissue, and shampoo/conditioner bottles. The view outside over the lake was great! The kitchen was well-stocked. The cabin had 2 types of coffee pots, a drip and a Keurig. The cabin had ground coffee for the drip only. 4. The checkout procedure was very minimal. Essentially we had to make sure that the garbages were emptied and that the dishes were washed. We didn't have to mess with the bedding or towels. CON: 1. The only thing that I can think of and I think I it was mentioned by other people before, but it's almost impossible to sit in the ground floor living area in the mornings. The windows have no treatment, and so the sun in literally blinding! You have to go to the bottom floor living area to enjoy the outside view in the mornings. Overall, we were very happy to find this location and was able to stay here for a few days!
