29 Elm Lane: Guest Guidelines Agreement
RESPECTING NEIGHBORING PROPERTY — The house you have reserved at 29 Elm Lane is located on Table Rock Lake and is in a mixed use neighborhood. There are private residences on each side of this house. Please respect these adjacent houses and property owners and do not trespass on their property or their boat docks. Keep in mind that you may be subject to civil penalties for trespassing or breaking village ordinances.
QUIET HOURS — Please do not make excessive noise, especially loud music, in the neighborhood at any time. Between the overnight hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. are quiet hours. Do not make any noise in the house or on the property that could disturb neighbors.
NEIGHBORING RESORT — This house is also in the area of Stillwaters Resort. Stillwaters Resort amenities are not available for you to use. Stillwaters Resort amenities are for use by Stillwaters guests only and as a guest of 29 Elm Lane, you nor anyone in your group are allowed to use Stillwaters pools, activity areas, parking lots, marina, boat trailer parking, shelter and playground areas, or dumpsters. Stillwaters Resort monitors their property very closely with cameras and they have the right to call authorities for trespassing on their properties. Keep in mind that you may be subject to civil penalties for trespassing or breaking village ordinances.
If other members of your party are staying at Stillwaters Resort they cannot invite you as their guests to use Stillwaters amenities. If they are visiting you at 29 Elm Lane you cannot exceed the maximum limit of 9 at the house.
PARKING — Street parking is not allowed in this neighborhood. There are only 3 parking spaces in front of the house and you can use them as you want, you can use one of those spaces for a boat trailer. Please do not park on the street or on neighbors’ property or on the property across the street. You vehicle or trailer may be towed. If you have an RV or travel trailer you can use one space for that, but it must fit into the space provided and may not be used for occupancy during your stay. There is no additional parking in the area. Please do not attempt to “find a spot.” Do not park on any Stillwaters Resort property, which is directly across the road. We suggest that you make arrangements to ride together or find long term parking arrangements for extra vehicles, perhaps at the Branson airport.
BOATING AND DOCK — The Corp of Engineers controls Table Rock Lake and the docks that are on the lake. Only owners are allowed to use the dock for boats. Guests are only allowed to use the docks associated with the property for fishing and swimming. Do so at your own risk. You are not allowed to tie up a boat at the dock to come in to the house. You can anchor your boat and swim or wade in but be aware that the lake may be muddy and rocky.
Table Rock Marina is located 1 mile further down Indian Point Road. There is a public boat launch there where you can launch your boat. You can rent a boat slip there for $12 per day. They do not have overnight parking for boat trailers.
By submitting this agreement, it is agreed that you and all your guests have been informed and accept all terms, conditions and restrictions, with no exceptions. This is a binding agreement and I understand by checking the box below a signature is no longer needed.
