We loved our stay here despite a few small hiccups. I'll address the hiccups first: * The passcode wasn't correct on the check-in paperwork so upon arriving we couldn't get into our unit. It was later at night with a 2 and 4 yr old so not ideal to not be able to get in after a long day of traveling, but after calling the help numbers they found the code and we were able to get in after about 35 minutes. * Only one spare roll of toilet paper with the other rolls not completely full either so we had to go out and buy our own toilet paper. Not a huge deal, but just didn't expect to have to buy our own TP on our vacation. Now the positives which did outweigh the negatives: * The unit overall was excellent- spacious, clean, nice and comfortable bedding, pillows, blankets, cute decor * Beautiful views of the beach and ocean, loved going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves, and amazing sand/beach to play on. We even saw a pod of dolphins from our balcony! * Loved the location of being next to Gulf State Park- it was like we had our own beach away from the busy spring break crowds and being across the street from more paths at Gulf State Park for running, walking, biking was perfect! Lartigue's Fish Market right across the street was delicious! * Pool was great as well- it would be amazing for the property to have a hot tub but looks like many of them don't in this area. We really enjoyed this place and would love to come back!

Nothing but positives on this stay. Probably the cleanest property and unit we have ever stayed in. Well appointed with great views. Centrally located, beautiful beach, and very comfy beds. Will seek out this unit again in the future for sure.

We 5 Texas gals had the best time at this condo! The condo was comfortable, beautiful and had everything we needed, including 2 types of coffee pots! You could not ask for a better view! We overlooked the sand dunes and beach right below us! Some of the early birds saw dolphins swimming by! The location was convenient to the grocery and restaurants! I would definitely stay here again, no question!

Wonderful view and condo 
One of the easiest check ins and parking pass processes. Condo is done very well and kitchen is stocked with quality items. We really appreciated the quality of cookware and utensils. This is NOT a vacation rental unit, this is borrowing someone's home! The property is exactly (if not better) than the pictures. Right on the beach, with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The linen and towels are so soft and washed like you would at home, not the hard starchy linen like a hotel's. The owners are so sweet and communicated with any questions we had. They had everything your kitchen at home has. Toasters, blenders, even a slow cooker! I just hope this home is available for us next year!!

I chose this property because I wanted to be directly on the beach and did not want a high rise since we were traveling with children. This property was extremely clean and decorated beach perfect!! Has everything you need during your stay! I would highly recommend this property to families needing a 3 bedroom 2 bath! Also, location of property was perfectly located at the end of Orange Beach close to the State Park. There are 2 pools on property and were never crowded. Wonderful vacation for my kids and grandkids. Great family time!!!!

Family 4th of July vacation 
I found this condo after searching for several weeks. This being a newly remodeled unit and just out on the market it pays to search daily. This unit was great for our family. It was convenient to the beach and had a great view. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. The mattresses on the beds were fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It feels very cozy and comfortable when you walk in. Everything is fresh and well decorated. The beds are comfortable. All of them. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The condo was very clean which is a big deal for us. We had plenty of towels and washcloths so we weren't washing every other day. The 4th floor is perfect for a great view and if you want to take the stairs instead of waiting on the elevator. The beach is not crowded in this area which is perfect. I have stayed at a lot of condos in OB throughout the years. I have never found one I really wanted to stay in again until this one. I am so glad we found this condo. We can't wait to come back!
