-Outdoors and Activities-
Easy quick access to Table Rock Lake, you can rent a boat at Port of Kimberling - 5 minutes away or swim at Mill Creek - 2 miles away.  You can bring your own boat - there is parking galore - you can easily park 6 cars and 2 boat trailers.  You can use the huge yard, double decks, big patio and the side lot for outdoor fun. ! You can also enjoy the fireplace and game room all year long! The game room has a bar, pool table, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, skeeball and corn hole and a big television.  The outdoor firepitthis a perfect year round home away from home. We always decorate for the holiday season - so come and enjoy our Christmas tree too!
 
-Kitchen and Living Space-
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a quick snack before you head out shopping or all the space to cook a Thanksgiving meal! There is lots of counter space and it is all open to the dining and  living room area so the chef isn't left out of the action! The dining table seats 8 with additional bar seating for 4and of course all the dining space on the decks.  The gas grill is right on the deck. The main living area has 2 chairs, a recliner and huge leather sectional. The library is right off of the main living area and has a sleeper sofa and 2 chairs - it also has amazing views of the lake! Free WIFI and cable TV allows everyone to watch and enjoy relaxing. There is also a dining table on the main level.  Dont' forget every level has a huge deck with amazing views,  dining space and extra seating. We provide coffee, fliters, starter trash bags, all dishwasher, laundry, hand soaps, paper products and big complimentary basket of snacks.
 
-Bedrooms and Baths-
There are 6 Bedrooms and sleeps 19 in both the main house and guest house. The main house has a king bedroom on the main level so guests with mobility issues have an easy spot to land. Ther are 3 other bedrooms in the main house on the upper level. The guest house has the game room on the walk in level and upstairs has 2 more bedrooms - both of these rooms require stairs as well, every bedroom has a tv except for the lake view retreat.  Please note that no children may sleep in the guest house unattended. There are 4 full baths, incluing a master with jetted tub and separate shower.
