Spent four nights here and my wife and I really enjoyed it. Location was right in the center of town but we felt like we were staying in the country. House was very clean and well maintained.

The property was perfect and away from everyone but close to everything. The house was set up perfect for the lengthy stay we had. The manager Stephanie was excellent on communicating with us and easy to get ahold of to answer questions. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great house in a great private setting but close to everything. 5 bedroom, with 4 full bath was perfect for our family. Most of our group enjoyed the deck hot tub. Kitchen space was slightly limited but definitely functional. Would definitely stay there again. Also enjoyed having a television in every room!

Amazing cabin that has everything you needed!! Even the smallest of details. Lots of room for our family vacation and we absolutely LOVED that the home was private nestled in the woods BUT so close to EVERYTHING!! The listing is exactly as it looks online. We will for sure Book again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the convenience of everything being so close. The house had almost everything we needed (a strainer in the kitchen would be helpful). We will definitely stay again when we return in the future. Our only suggestion would be to make the little livingroom downstairs into a full game room...it was kinda crammed up trying to play the games. 100% satisfied

The location of this property is amazing. Super convenient, yet the woods around the house make it private and peaceful. We loved the little stream on the property too. The house fit us perfectly. Very clean and well stocked. We would stay again.

Family vacation 
House is nice. The two issues we had were the stairs (there are ALOT) and the kitchen is very small. The hot tub is great. The yard however is all on a hill and it needed to be mowed. The location is great, close to everything but very private. - (Jul 2023 - VRBO)

A TREASURE IN THE CENTER OF BRANSON! 
One would be hard pressed to find a beautiful and well-maintained home with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths in a secluded place near downtown Branson! We loved our private cottage. The children loved the arcade games. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was even a washer- dryer, a hot tub, and TVs in every room. It was a perfect Father's Day weekend as our family gathered for the first time in 6 years! We often saw deer and other wildlife as we drove up to the cottage. The house was amazing and beautifully furnished. Bedrooms were spacious, mattresses were comfortable, and the house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and there were ample supply of towels. The location was private and within 1 to 2 miles of the main strip and entertainment. We enjoyed the spa, fire pit and video games. This house was exceptional and I would highly recommend this rental.

We truly enjoyed this home. Well worth the money for us to all be together celebrating my father's 95th birthday. Conveniently located to all the shows and shops and restaurants! There are 3 levels with stairs. My father is still mobile but slow, so beware of the steps if you have problems..Nicely furnished!! It was very cool in lowest level, but great sleeping at night. Management response with any issue is wonderful. The only issue was the A/C went out and it was fixed right away with a new motor. You can't ask for better care than that!! We loved the house. It was just my husband and I but the house was a bargain so we chose to stay there. The bed was comfy and we slept great. It is a quiet off the road place but yet it is right in the middle of things. We loved it and will be back.

The house is beautiful and tucked away so you have a lot of privacy and no neighbors. The hot tub was on and ready to go and it was very clean and well kept. The beds were great, even the pillows were good. The showers were solid with great water pressure and even the complimentary shampoo/conditioner were of good quality. The paper products were solid, unlike other rentals they didn't use the cheapest toilet paper/paper towels. The complimentary snacks were a great plus. The internet was meh but it worked for your basic streaming needs. The reason for the 4 stars versus 5 stars is simple, the steps. It's not that there were so many steps is that they were the worst steps. They were each built way too tall and not only will your hamstrings get a work out you will have to continually focus on each step. The top step going down from the split level with the front door was especially steep. I am a healthy 45 year old and I was worried about twisting my ankle every time I went down that step. Be careful if you are elderly and have trouble with steps.

This house and property was more than we expected. Quiet, private and just a short distance to the busy town. The house was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Loved the shuffle board and games. I hope we can come back again.

I little hard to find, but worth it. Property was as described. We had an issue with the security system being activated when we first arrived, but it was promptly addressed by the property manager and owner. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place close to the strip, but is away from the strip traffic.

Location was great, and the bedroom set up was all good. There was some mold on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom above the tub, which we didn't need to utilize. Did realize the kitchen would be small from the picks, but... Couldn't open the oven all the way due to the fridge. The cookware was horrible, and we used just two pans, the rest had the coating peeling off. There was a total of 11 forks but it sleeps 14.... Other than that, all was good and when we had problems, called the call center received immediate reponse!
