The cabin was really clean and comfortable. Decorations were very cute and felt like home. We loved the location. Some minor maintenance is needed (missing an outlet cover, blind on back door broken. The deck was in bad shape but we contacted the management company and they said they put in a work order for deck repair.

Upon arrival, we really liked the cabin. A staff member came to make sure every things was to our satisfaction. The second day, bad weather arrived, freezing rain, sleet & snow. I fell on the freezing rain & injured my back. We decided to checkout early & return home in Louisiana and doctor visit. But we will return in the future.

We loved the resort and loved the property. Staying in a real log cabin was fun. It was quaint and very well maintained. The hosts were extremely responsive and proactive. They checked in several times at the beginning of our trip to ask if we needed anything, share favorite activities around Branson, etc. we would absolutely stay here again.

This cabin was in a great area and tucked away in the woods. There is one trail nearby that takes you to a waterfall - it was okay but it isn't the best hiking in the area. Everything Branson has to offer is accessible with a generally short drive. The restaurant just outside the resort is mediocre and overpriced, so I suggest not to rely on it for more than a couple meals. The on-location pizza is AWESOME, but you have to order over the phone or on-site and there is no delivery despite what the Westgate website shows. The amenities were good but I suggest to bring your own bath / shower products as the ones provided do not last long and are incredibly hard to squeeze (I can't believe I'm saying this but it actually gave us a really hard time - I have really long hair and need plenty of product to wash and condition it, and it was a challenge, also leaving very little for my partner - sorry!). The only couple of 'cons' we identified were that the living area was not comfortable for more than 3-4 people, and we had 5. There is one comfy chair and one small comfy couch, so I was bringing a wooden chair over from the small dining table to be able to sit to watch a movie and help with a jigsaw puzzle. Also, plan to sleep on the couch, not the pull out bed situation. The springs / frame were missing / broken and it was unbelievably uncomfortable, so our 5th guest just slept on the couch. Otherwise the two beds were very comfortable and our stay was very nice. Thanks to the hosts!

The cabin is nestled in the woods. Lots of birds. We enjoyed being deep in nature and away from the town noise. The only difficulty was parking. We had 2 vehicles in our group and didn't have a parking space for the second car. Luckily, the units on the sides were not occupied, so we parked there. Had they been occupied we would have parked just up the hill at the resort. Great get-away unit!

Parking 2 vehicles in front of the cabin was an issue but that is my only thing about it. We had a double birthday party at the outside pavilion and we all had a blast with the activities there.. my grandkids loved it, they spent the day there..

Pretty nice place but not sure I would rent again. Good location, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Cabin could use a deep cleaning. Has a gas fireplace but I didn't see any instructions on how to use. Washer/dryer in the cabin was wonderful and there were plenty of towels. Beds were large and very comfortable. Loved staying here. Good location for what we did for the week. Worked well for the little dogs. Only complaint is that the showers are really small, specially for my husband. He couldn't hardly lean over to clean his feet. But we would stay there again for the price.
