We loved staying here as a family of three (two adults, one five year old). Just a quick 15-20 minute drive to the main drag and attractions through beautiful winding roads. Beautiful lake and mountain view from the huge balcony. The patio furniture was really nice to be able to just sit outside. The condo was perfectly sized for us; really nice to have a separate bedroom and bathroom (with bath!) for the kiddo. This unit is up just one flight of stairs, so it was easy to get in and out of. Ample parking. On-site (shared) outdoor pool just a quick walk down the parking lot that our kiddo loved. Very clean unit! The ONLY downside was not being able to access streaming services / smart TV features, and the cable channels were limited, but very minor since we only watched briefly in the morning and before bed.

We were traveling with our 2-year-old child for a week. This little condo was perfect for the 3 of us while we adventured around Branson and Table Rock Lake. Generally the unit is safe for littles, just remember there aren't locks on cabinets, etc. and it's a little bit of a tight fit to get a pack and play next to the bed. We tried to walk one of the little marked paths to go to the lake, and it was more like an unpaved hiking trail and longer than we expected (especially with a toddler) so we were a little disappointed. We didn't have time to try the other path that was marked, maybe it was better. However, there's a free public swimming area a short drive away at the Indian Point campground, so that was an easy fix. Convenient parking right by the entrance to the unit. The balcony was beautiful and comfortable, the sun shade helped keep the whole condo cool in the hot sunny hours. The bathrooms were nice and spacious. Having a washing machine & dryer plus detergent in the unit was incredibly helpful. Everything was well-maintained. Instructions were clear regarding the A/C unit, cleanup/checkout process, who to contact with questions, etc. Our contact responded to text messages quickly. Most Branson attractions are a reasonable drive (20 min or less) so we could be out and back in time for our kiddo's nap time. Walmart is about 15 minutes away so grocery and supply runs were quick as well. Thank you for helping to make our first family vacation a great one!

Beautiful property and view of the lake from the well furnished balcony. Kitchen was well supplied with everything one would need to stay for days. Our host was in frequent communication with us making sure we had everything we needed. Branson is one of our favorite destinations for travel and we will definitely try to book this property on a return trip. - (May 2026 - VRBO)

Sad to say that we didn't get to use our vacation time at this beautiful place. My 92YO mother had a bad fall on 3/13, she passed away on 3/19. The service/funeral was on 3/27. Our Branson vaca was planned for the week of 3/22, so we were unable to make it happen. The owners were wonderful to deal with through this entire cancellation process. We will be booking this place in the future, once life settles down and we can coordinate calendars.

This property was perfect for my family of 4. The spaces were clean, organized and stocked with the essentials we needed. The king beds were comfortable and the coverings felt nice. I enjoyed the gorgeous view while having my morning coffee on the deck, I saw cardinals and a couple deer wading in the lake. The unit was wonderful. The view from the back was amazing. The trouble was the furniture was wet in the morning, so we couldn't sit outside. If I had thought to bring all cushions inside at night, I could have prevented this, but didn't think of that. The furniture is lovely, but covers or sone kind of plan to keep them dry would allow use of it.
