A lovely 'thank you' to Sarah! Her place was absolutely gorgeous and cozy. The perfect amount of scenery to watch while drinking morning coffee and the living quarts were open so no matter where you sat, you could be all together. A beautiful wrap around porch on the upper deck, and a large patio right underneath with plenty of space, seating and a fire pit. Each bathroom and bedroom were spotless and had enough towels and blankets, and a kitchen full of appliances, so didn't have to go into town for a single pan. When I reached out to Sarah regarding questions and concerns, she responded so quickly and answered all my questions with ease and was willing to send out someone right then to fix it when I mentioned something was broken when we got there. She was so nice, and really made me want to stay at her house again, especially since we are already talking about visiting Branson again next year!

every thing was good excep the main king bed on main floor was broken down on one side.Also all the toilets were old short ones - big problem for us old people

We had a great stay! The cabin was clean and the process of check-in was incredibly smooth! The older children loved that they could walk down to the lake to watch boats or fish. It was fully stocked on all items needed for cooking. Any question we had was very quickly answered! Would stay here again for when we head to Branson again.

Great house, very close to the water. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend. Plan to bring any kitchen items you might need. Zero cooking amenities such as olive oil, spices (there were some remnants of salt and pepper), tin foil, etc. Each bathroom had the smallest possible shampoos, conditioners and body wash, so bring extra of that too. No extra towels, but there were pods for the washer and dryer. Easy travel to town and nearby entertainment options. We would come back.

-The grill needs to be cleaned -It might be worth mentioning that the pad to access boat slips is right next to this unit -Have cleaners leave things such as spices and kitchen items such as zip lock bags, tin foil, Tupperware, etc. -Need smaller kindling to start fire in pit. The house was awesome and the walk down to the lake was perfect. Even though it's around many other homes, it was very peaceful. Beds were comfy and great communication from the property owner. Close to all the fun activities as well. Highly recommend!

Place was cozy; good for a family or medium to large group. Lake access is easy for canoe or SUP but view is mostly obstructed by trees. Area is quiet and peaceful. About 15-20 minutes to the attraction area of Branson. Few local restaurants closer by but really not a walkable area due to steep hills and windy roads. Cute cabin, new features, and different hang out spots. Deck is great for morning before it gets too hot out. Wear shoes if it's peak heat, that deck gets hot! The fire pit space was a great additional spot to hang out. You'll need to bring your own spices for cooking, as those weren't available. Close to all the fun Branson attractions.
