This unit is awesome. It is a resort cabin situated on a peninsula on a lake. The view out the front door of the cabin is truly beautiful. The view from the large back deck is serene and worth the early morning coffees. It was very quiet at the resort when we were there in October. The cabin is well suited for couples and small families with plenty of yard space and other activities including boating and fishing. The cabin is stocked with the essentials of a resort cabin and not cluttered. We did not take advantage of the fire pits but wished we had. The drive to the cabin includes mountain roads with panoramic views of the Ozarks. Branson is about a 40 minute drive to the cabin if that is an interest to you. If you are looking for a place of quiet and no city noises this is a good choice. This was one of our top Airbnb experiences over the last 7 yrs which is saying alot. Thank You Sarah.

Cute little cabin right on the lake. Easy access to boat dock/slips available for a fee. Nice pool. Nice big deck. It is at least a 30 minute drive to any restaurant so plan ahead. Grill provided.

The location was the prime reason to pick this accommodation and for us it was quite convenient and served our purposes. 
 
Hi Sarah, updating the TV would be a great idea. We had trouble operating it and half the time it only had 3/4 of a full screen. Having some basic necessities like coffee would have been nice. However, it was only 250 yards from my Mom's place and that made it ideal. The radiator heater didn't seem to be working; however, we did not need it. Thanks, Christian - (Mar 2025 - Airbnb)

I love the Hideaway resorts!! I love how remote and so quiet and peaceful!! They have kyaaks and paddle boats and even a boating dock you can swim around. Or you can just sit and enjoy the sunset. 
My aunt and I just needed a little getaway and boy did this place deliver!! Such a peaceful spot. I loved hanging out by the desk. It gave me time to completely unwind. The only piece of constructive criticism is the soap dispenser in the bathroom cameoff the wall and I scraped acouple of my fingers up. Maybe fasten it a little better. I will so be back.
