  • Up to 60 days in advance, there is a $100 relisting fee.

Welcome to our wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath golf condo located in the gated golf resort Pointe Royale!   This unit was just fully remodeled and furnished for your stay!  You'll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, the outdoor deck, 2 spacious bedrooms each with their own full size bathroom.   This unit sleeps 6 plus one in a pack n play.   There is plenty of room to gather and to dine all together, whether in the comfortable living area, the outdoor covered deck, the dining room or the breakfast bar, the open floor plan makes staying in touch easy.   When you want peace and quiet, each private bedroom and bath combo makes that a breeze as well.   The full size washer and dryer in the unit makes cleanup easy.  You'll love the pillowtop mattresses, high thread count linens and all the other little extras we do to ensure you have a great stay!

The onsite Pointe Royale 18 hole Championship Golf Course has tee times from 7:00 AM - dark everyday.   It also offers a full restaurant and lounge for your convenience.   You will also enjoy the club house, restaurant, lounge, 2 lighted tennis courts, pro shop, equipment rental, 3 outdoor and 1 heated indoor swimming pools, playground, picnic areas and hot tub.   The exercise center includes treadmills, exercise bikes, eliptical and weights.   The resort has a lakeside park which offers fishing for Rainbow and Brown Trout.

The condos are conveniently located on Highway 165 just 3 miles south of Highway 76.  The Lawrence Welk Theatre is just across the road.  The Shepherd of the Hills Trout Hatchery is near along with Table Rock Dam and many hiking trails.   Shopping, dining, theme parks, and live shows are all just minutes away.   One mile gets to you off site dining and shopping, while only 3 miles and you're on the famous Branson strip.
