What an amazing place to stay and enjoy the lake and all Branson has to offer only 10 minutes away. An 18' x 24' boat slip is included in your rental and boats and other lake equipment are available for rental at the dock.

Bull Shoals Lake offers a wide variety of recreational activities including hiking, sightseeing, hunting, scuba diving, fishing, and water sports such as swimming, boating, water skiing and tubing. Those of you accessing Bull Shoals Lake from the Branson area will have the best of all worlds, access to all that Bull Shoals Lake has to offer plus the activities, restaurants, shopping, shows, and other forms of entertainment that are available in the Branson, Missouri Tri-Lakes area. Bull Shoals Lake has approximately 750 miles of shoreline and 45,440 acres of surface area. Over 20 parks developed through the cooperative efforts of local, state and federal agencies are located on the lakeshore. Commercial docks on the lake have boats, motors and guides for hire. From Parksley Place Cottage you are less than one minute to one of the largest marinas on the lake. K-Dock Marina has rental boats, a snack bar, live bait and a fully stocked store.

The master bath is a spa like bathroom with double sinks, jetted tub and large walk in shower. The upstairs bath has a combination tub and shower and the first floor has a convenient half bath. All bathrooms have ceramic tile floors and the full baths have custom cabinets with granite tops.

Your Total Comfort And Enjoyment Is Our Goal! In designing Parksley Place Cottage, we showcase the best features from our favorite vacation cottages. The master suite is comfortably appointed with a queen-sized bed, reading lamps and a private bath with walk-in shower, Jacuzzi soaking tub and double sinks. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, reading light and comfortable chair. The third bedroom has twin beds and a comfortable reading nook. All bedrooms have top quality mattresses and high quality bedding.

The living room has comfortable, cottage style furniture, a 42” flat screen television with satellite reception, and there is free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, blender, mixer, dishes, pots and pans and all the utensils for those easy meals that save you money! The dining room seats 6. The washer, dryer and iron with board make laundry convenient. The deck is where folks spend time enjoying the wildlife and country views. It includes an outdoor eating area and a gas grill.

Nature & Fishing: Bull Shoals Lake is tucked in the Ozark Mountains and surrounded by interesting rock formations. Bald eagles, wild turkeys, ducks, geese and an array of songbirds add to your natural enjoyment. Deer, raccoons, bobcats, and other wildlife are often spotted along the shoreline. Many varieties of trees, wild flowers, berries, shrubs and vines thrive in this area of the country. Truly, a naturalist’s dream, come true! Bull Shoals Lake is home to many varieties of fish including black and white crappie, catfish, large and small mouth bass, and trout. If you are a real avid trout fisherman, Lake Taneycomo is 10 minutes away and is well known for large and many trout. Bull Shoals Lake fishermen have pulled pan fish and walleye from the lake that hold state records in both Missouri and Arkansas. Because the lake doesn’t freeze, it offers year round fishing. This area is truly an angler’s paradise.

Water Sports and Adventure: Water sports enthusiasts love Bull Shoals Lake. The lake’s clear blue water is perfect for wave runners, sailing, large and small boats, kayaking and canoeing. The tranquil water is great for water skiing and wake boarding. There are never more than a handful of boats in any one spot, at any one time, so it is truly a great place to learn water sports or practice your favorite tricks. At K-Dock Marina one minute away, rental boats are available or launch your own from your 18' x 24' included slip. The water is crystal clear and clean in Bull Shoals Lake. There are many coves where you can pull up your boat, picnic, swim, and fish or just take a nap and relax. Floating on a raft and enjoying the peace and quiet is a perfect pastime at Bull Shoals Lake. The visibility in the lake is fantastic and there are outfitters available for Scuba Diving.

If your idea of adventure is go carting, paintballing, bungee jumping, ziplining or slingshotting, we have you covered! The Hwy 76 strip in Branson offers bumper boats, gyroscopes, miniature golf, and any other form of entertainment you might imagine! If hiking is a favorite pastime, there are miles of great hiking trails in the area. There are caves to explore for the spelunkers!

Relaxation: If you just want to kick back and relax, this vacation may be one of ultimate relaxation. Parksley Place Cottage, a quaint, country cottage, on a wooded bluff above Bull Shoals Lake, is peaceful and quiet. After the hustle and bustle of Branson, you can come home to tranquility. Sit on the deck or porch, grill out, and enjoy the deer and wildlife in your very own, private piece of the woods. Parksley Place Cottage is a private home constructed in 2010 within minutes of Bull Shoals Lake, Branson and the surrounding areas. At 1750 square feet, it is built in the cottage style and furnished accordingly. It is designed to provide you with the most relaxing accommodations, just like home, or better than home. It includes a setting surrounded by nature and views of Bull Shoals Lake from a wooded bluff. The cottage is one minute from a boat ramp for your boat, or the marina, for boat rentals.
