  • Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas, 4 night min. stay, no check-ins or check-outs on the holiday, 5th night free not applicable. $50 per night additional.
  • There is a $100 refundable confirmation/security deposit to hold your dates.
  • 50% of fees are due 6 months prior to stay, balance at 3 weeks prior to stay.
  • There is a cleaning/linen fee of $60 for 2 Bdrm, $75 for 3 Bdrm Condo.
  • Taxes are 6.1%.
  • We take checks, money orders, MC, Visa and AmEx.
  • Check in 3 pm. Check out 10 am.
  • No smoking/No pets.
  • All rates subject to change.

Cancellation Policies

  • Up to 60 days in advance, there is a $100 relisting fee.
  • Between 59 days and 21 days you forfeit first installment, within 3 weeks you forfeit full amount unless we are able to rebook the full stay and amount and consider further refunds.

What a Condo! What a View! Bring your pet and boat!

What a great opportunity to live like one of Branson's favorites. These condo's were bought and lovingly cared for by Yakov for his beloved daughter, Natasha and his mother, Clara. Now he has decided to share them with his current fans and future fans. Guaranteed, you haven't stayed anywhere like this before, bright colors, wonderful furniture, amazing views. This is the perfect place to stay and enjoy Branson and Table Rock Lake.

From the minute you walk in the door and see the signed paintings by Yakov, you will feel lighter as you get a sense of his genuine warmth and sense of humor. The bedrooms are on each side of the main hallway and are very quiet. There are two queen bedrooms, each with a full bath attached. (The 3 bedroom has an open loft bedroom also with a full bath attached.) One bathroom has the Jacuzzi and separate shower, the other a standard bath. There is a washer and dryer to run the beach towels before you head back out to Table Rock the next day.

The living area, dining area and kitchen all look over the lake with huge windows. You have an uninterrupted 180 degree view of Table Rock! The dining has seating for 6/8, plus you can sit at the bar for snacks. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to make your meals easy. Cozy up in the living area, pop some popcorn and enjoy laughing to a Yakov DVD – we also have lots of other DVD's for you to enjoy, as well as games and toys for the little ones.

The best spot to start the day is the walkout patio or glass/screen sun room. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, watch the Showboat Branson Belle go by, wave to your family out on the lake, take a nap on the hammock, take your fishing pole and walk down the hill to the lake. Walk 200 yards to where your boat is docked or rent a boat there also. The heated pool is available from early spring to late October. There is a shelter and grill there also. The condo has elevator access so no steps needed, feel free to bring Grandma and Grandpa. The condo's are a quick 10 min drive into Branson and all the shows.

These condos are very large, there is lots of room to gather and lots of space for privacy so bring your sweetie, bring the kids or bring another couple and make some memories to last! It is a joy to ready the letters from Ronald Reagan and laugh at the pictures of Yakov with celebrity after celebrity. This is a stay to talk about for a lifetime!
